About
For ten years I worked as a police officer. The job demanded a lot both mentally, physically, and emotionally, and like many people in high stress professions, I began searching for better ways to manage stress and stay balanced.
During that time I discovered breathwork.
Practices like controlled circular breathing, breath retention, and techniques used to regulate the nervous system quickly became tools I relied on. They helped me stay calm under pressure, recover faster from stress, and build a stronger connection between mind and body.
Eventually I was introduced to the Wim Hof Method. That’s when I started experimenting with the cold. The combination of breathing, cold exposure, and mindset training had a profound impact on me. It wasn’t just about feeling better in the moment, it was about training my response to stress.
What started as a personal practice soon became a passion. I went on to become a Certified Wim Hof Method Instructor so I could share these tools with others. I offer breathwork training and cold exposure workshops designed to help people train their stress response and build resilience.
Today I guide sessions that help people train their nervous system, build resilience, and reconnect with their body. My goal is simple: to give people practical tools they can use to build resilience through voluntary discomort and conscious regulation.
